Mike, the owner of One Stop Restoration & Cleaning,, came out first thing on a Monday morning to clean my awfully dirty and old sectional. I connected with him late last week, and he got me scheduled with no problem - so easy! He is a great communicator, reliable, and right on time and ready to knock things out. He worked fast but extremely thoroughly and left things exactly as they were before, only much cleaner and better, so no worries about having to move the sectional back around or things like that. He was intentional about cleaning up any extra water that the cleaning machine got on the floor, and took great care to be clean and conscientious of my home in general.

My sectional looks brand new, and be even surprised me by cleaning my little dog’s couch in the living room as well - such a sweet gesture and totally unexpected, but I think that’s what you can expect with Mike.

Overall, I will certainly be seeking Mike’s services again. He is so knowledge and kind, which ultimately makes all of the difference when working with someone.

Needed “like now”carpet cleaning. Mike and his assistant Ben came the very next morning and did a great job! Extremely friendly, and proficient.

I thought I’d need to replace our carpet upstairs after moving in, but one call to Mike and I was able to avoid that extra expense. It only took a couple of hours for Ned to stretch my carpets (properly with a power stretcher) and Mike to follow with a deep clean, removing the stains left by the prior owner.
